Of course this goes without saying, but birthday parties aren't just for humans anymore! Puppy party planning is all the rage - and it's a great opportunity to get friends and fur babies together to celebrate!
There are a few things you'll want to keep in mind when planning your pup's next party:
Location
You may want to consider hosting your party outside to make sure everyone has enough space to enjoy themselves. Consider a local dog park or dog beach if you have one around you! If it's the winter and inside is the only option, no problem! Consider moving/re-arranging some of your furniture to allow for as much open space as possible.
Puppy Proof
No matter where you have your party, you'll want to make sure it's a safe place for pups! Be sure to not bring foods that puppies can't eat (just in case) and avoid having small objects, cords, etc. readily available.
Guest List
While you may want to invite every friend you have, you'll probably be better off keeping this party smaller. Invite friends and fur-friends that your pup is familiar with. Since it'll already be a larger group than normal, introducing a lot of unfamiliar faces may be overwhelming.
Capture the Moment
Don't forget to capture the fun! This can be done on your own or you could hire a photographer to come get some pictures!
The most important thing is to have fun!
